Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Daily communication with customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries or requests related to service status, reporting, or general support needs
  • Diagnosing customers' needs and resolving them at the point of contact, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Providing basic information about our homes, company processes, and procedures to customers
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met, and resolving critical customer support issues in a timely manner
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including working weekends and holidays based on business needs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced skills a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working in a call center-type environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
