Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you desire.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
