Job Description

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to customers from around the globe, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our dedicated web tools to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of each case in our specialized web tool, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with Leads to prevent recurring problems and notify them of potential issues
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify patterns and create new templates for recurring issues

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with upper-intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Spanish
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a patient and responsible attitude
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and create solutions
