Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Services Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a two-week orientation and training period at our Gilbert training center.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing calls from patients and families
  • Gathering information from callers and relaying it to our clinicians
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to callers in a variety of situations
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and occasional downtime
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines
  • Enhancing customer care skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
  • A background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
