Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Updating and Maintaining Records: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records, including client information, appointments, and other relevant data.
  • Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operating a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
  • Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
  • Experience with Computers and Software: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic Office Equipment: Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as photocopiers, computers, and printers.
  • QuickBooks Knowledge: Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
  • Clear Writing Skills: The ability to write clearly and concisely, with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time remote position, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. You will be working independently, but as part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Microsoft Office Experience: 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • QuickBooks Experience: 1 year of experience using QuickBooks is preferred.
