What You'll Do in This Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support.
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Technical support experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge.
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and come to a resolution.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing.
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence.
