Data Analyst – Retail & eCommerce Analytics (Hybrid- El Segundo, CA)

Remote role Full-time Open position

About the position We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to join Belkin’s eCommerce and retail analytics team. This role focuses on transforming eCommerce metrics and customer behavior KPIs into actionable insights that drive online revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and customer understanding across Belkin.com and Belkin’s Tik Tok Shop (DTC). The Data Analyst will partner closely with DTC, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support performance measurement, experimentation, and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making through dashboards, analyses, and insights. Responsibilities

  • Analyze eCommerce performance across channels (Belkin.com and Tik Tok Shop) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis on KPIs such as Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate (CVR), AOV, ROAS, Margin, and Customer Retention.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, scalable, and user-friendly for business stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness.
  • Maintain consistent metric definitions and documentation across dashboards.
  • Work with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and consistency.
  • Identify data quality issues and support root-cause analysis.
  • Help define and maintain analytics standards (e.g., UTM tagging, channel grouping, and KPI definitions).
  • Support continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools
  • Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.
  • Support Company’s Affirmative Action initiatives, providing equal opportunity to employees and candidates.
  • Uphold the Company’s affirmative action plan and make good faith efforts to achieve affirmative action goals and timetables.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements of Belkin.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements
