About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Client Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Windows and ChromeOS endpoint solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our IT Foundation Designing team to ensure that our clients' endpoint management needs are met, and that our solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Windows and ChromeOS endpoint solutions for our clients
- Collaborate with our IT Foundation Designing team to ensure that our clients' endpoint management needs are met
- Develop and maintain documentation for our endpoint management solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our endpoint management solutions
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our endpoint management solutions are integrated with other arenaflex systems and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management
- Participate in peer review process and contribute to the development of our endpoint management solutions
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, preferably with Windows and ChromeOS
- Experience with Enterprise MDM frameworks, such as Microsoft Intune
- Experience with VDI environments and virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of Windows and ChromeOS operating systems and their management
- Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with arenaflex's endpoint management solutions
- Experience with arenaflex's IT Foundation Designing team
- Experience with arenaflex's cross-functional teams
- Experience with arenaflex's development and testing processes
