  • Support cross‑functional process optimization initiatives to improve sales operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal customer satisfaction.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies within sales back‑office workflows and implement improvements in collaboration with the CRM & Sales Operations Manager.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure sales processes comply with internal policies and business requirements.
  • Manage task allocation, monitor incoming requests, and ensure responses are delivered within established SLA timeframes; escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide reporting support by analyzing CRM data and generating insights that contribute to strategic decision‑making and process enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Take ownership and accountability for assigned work, ensuring accuracy, follow‑through, and continuous improvement.
  • Work effectively in a fast‑paced and changing environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience in high-volume sales, client services, or office administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
  • Preferred:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $84,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Workplace model: Remote
  • Some domestic travel (up to 20%) and occasional international travel may be required with advance notice.
  • This role involves standard office activity and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
