The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project initiatives by ensuring consistency with the company strategy. You will be part of the Global Marketing (GM) & Market Access, Health Economics & Policy (MAHEP) leadership teams. Preferred location for this role is onsite in Brea, CA but will consider U.S.A. remote candidates with the right combination of skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support various GM and MAHEP activities for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage functions including Accounts Payable, Travel, Legal, and Procurement
• Lead end-to-end internal projects while maintaining reports and KPI metrics
• Oversee multiple internal communication channels across email, video, and audio
• Develop and communicate strategic content in partnership with subject matter experts

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University or college degree, preferably in communications
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office)
• Previous experience coordinating with off-site staff for events/meeting
• Experience with corporate travel and international travel requirements
• Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint

The salary range for this role is $58,000K-95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
