Product Operations Data Analyst

Remote, Georgia, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany Data Science We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Data Analyst to build and scale an analytics capability that supports product planning, prioritization, governance, and investment decisions. You will join a global corporate travel management company supporting enterprise customers worldwide. The client operates a large-scale ecosystem of booking, servicing, and traveler support capabilities, partnering with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to deliver end-to-end corporate travel programs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the client’s Product Operations and Product Management teams and work directly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their goals. You’ll help establish and scale product operations analytics, including portfolio/product KPIs, planning and governance reporting, and decision support for prioritization and investment trade-offs. You Have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer in product, product ops, or portfolio/PMO analytics environments.
  • Advanced SQL for analytics and data exploration.
  • Python (basic+) for analytical prototyping, automation, and repeatable analyses.
  • Proven background in building KPIs, dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for leadership and product stakeholders.
  • Experience with data modeling for operational use cases, plus data validation/quality checks.
  • Hands-on with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity working with data platforms such as Amazon Redshift / Amazon Athena and semi-structured data (basic JSON handling).
  • Ability to produce clear written and visual data narratives that support decision-making; strong stakeholder communication.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks.
  • Professional spoken English
  • Ability to cross the border in case of business trips

Would be a plus

  • Jira API usage for analytics and automation.
  • Experience interpreting/using web & product analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker.
  • Background in travel (corporate travel / booking / operations / supplier ecosystems).
  • Experience building AI-powered solutions or integrating AI pipelines/APIs into analytics workflows.

You Are Going To

  • Implement and maintain Product Operations KPIs across initiatives, product development, and launches.
  • Build and operate dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for Product Managers and leadership audiences.
  • Translate product intake, delivery, and governance workflows into consistent, analyzable metrics.
  • Perform capacity, demand, and investment trade-off analyses to support planning and prioritization.
  • Analyze portfolio-level and cross-initiative data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in measurement and drive implementation of new metrics and tracking mechanisms.
  • Develop lightweight analytical prototypes and repeatable analyses to combine data from disconnected sources and support early insights (until data engineering handover).
  • Partner with Product Ops, PMs, Data Engineering, and Product Data Science to align on metric intent, define data requirements, and validate delivered datasets.
  • Maintain metric definitions, documentation, and quality standards over time.
