Director of Marketing - Full-time, Remote A Day in The Life: We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead our entire marketing function across paid and organic channels. You will directly manage and coach our marketing and content teams (paid ads, email, data, SEO, blogs, video, and social), ensuring accountability, performance, and consistent delivery of quarterly lead-generation targets. You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape strategy, develop compelling offers, and continuously optimize campaigns through clear KPIs, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our core values:

What you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable all marketing and content team members.
  • Oversee weekly sprints, KPIs, and execution quality.
  • Drive paid and organic teams to consistently meet lead-generation targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership on offers, strategy, and execution direction.
  • Monitor metrics and proactively adjust to sustain growth.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.Ensure flawless ad creation, optimization, and split-test execution.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…

  • 7+ years in a senior or director-level digital marketing leadership role.
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams across paid ads, email, SEO, content, and video.
  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive lead and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching ability.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment.Preferred Education: Master’s or PhD.
