Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their technical issues and usability concerns.
  • Collaborating closely with the Tier 2 and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to drive fast and effective resolutions.
  • Analyzing and escalating complex cases to ensure that customers receive the best possible support, and maintaining and improving key support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT, etc.).
  • Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with new features, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert support to our customers.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, building positive relationships with customers, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on technical support and issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns, with a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience with testing and troubleshooting a plus.
