Key Responsibilities:

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our valued customers through phone and email
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Communicating effective solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures (a plus, but not required)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
