Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator (Fully Remote) – Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch assistance to customers through live chat on arenaflex's website. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website
