Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our retail partners, and executing promotional activities to increase brand visibility. As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and products in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales volume, and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and execute promotions, secure placement of equipment, and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales and increase brand visibility
  • Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, ensuring that our products are always displayed in a visually appealing and accessible manner
  • Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, and rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, with the goal of driving incremental displays to increase sales volume and expand our customer base
  • Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day, ensuring that our products are always readily available and easily accessible
  • Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing feedback to help drive business growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree, with 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
  • Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by arenaflex and state law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives

  • Bachelor's Degree, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
