Our Au Pair Program, established in 1989 by the U.S. Department of State, aims to foster meaningful connections between families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds. As a Local Success Coach, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both families and Au Pairs have a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

Role Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on families' lives while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. As a Local Success Coach, you will be responsible for supporting families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, educating them about program regulations and expectations, and conducting in-home interviews and orientations. You will also provide regular monthly check-ins, organize local cultural events, and collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities

* Support families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved.

  • Educate Host Families and Au Pairs about program regulations and expectations, promoting a clear understanding of the program's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct in-home interviews and orientations for new families and Au Pairs, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Provide regular monthly check-ins through phone and face-to-face meetings, ensuring that families and Au Pairs feel supported and connected throughout their experience.
  • Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cultural exchange and understanding within the community.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure program success, sharing best practices and ideas to drive growth and improvement.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and support families and Au Pairs during challenges, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate difficult situations.
  • Engage in community outreach to expand the program's presence in your area, building relationships with local organizations and businesses to promote arenaflex's mission.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for cultural exchange and childcare, with a passion for promoting positive relationships between families and Au Pairs.
  • Access to a home computer/laptop, internet, and a reliable vehicle, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.

Qualifications

* Access to a tablet/iPad for in-home visits (preferred), allowing you to conduct virtual meetings and orientations with ease.

  • Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, or marketing (preferred), providing a strong foundation for success in this role.
  • Interest in community engagement and program growth (preferred), demonstrating a commitment to arenaflex's mission and values.

Compensation and Benefits

* Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), providing flexibility and autonomy in your work arrangements.

  • Schedule: Part-time (approximately 1.4 hours per week, with potential for growth), allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • Compensation: Performance-based starting at up to $4,500/year for a small caseload, with potential growth up to $9,300/year as you expand your network.
