As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to your colleagues, while driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals
