Job Overview: Part-Time Remote Data Entry and Operations Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a part-time remote data entry and operations management specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your expertise in data entry, process optimization, and team leadership will be essential in driving our operations forward and maintaining our customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

  • Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop strategic plans and meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and work in an environment subject to variable weather conditions

The Middle Mile is where our orders are hauled to our delivery stations. Your expertise in logistics and transportation will be essential in ensuring that our products are delivered to the right location at the right time.

Last Mile:

In the Last Mile, our products are delivered to our customers' doors. This is the final stage of our operations, and your commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry, operations management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 49 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
