Job Overview: Part-Time Remote Data Entry and Operations Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a part-time remote data entry and operations management specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop strategic plans and meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and work in an environment subject to variable weather conditions
