Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Member Service Representative to join our hybrid call center and customer service team. As a critical member of our communications center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, education, and support to our members, helping them to afford life and achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about our members and understand their unique situations, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.

  • Provide meaningful, careful, and focused product solutions, ensuring that our members receive the best possible advice and support.
  • Process transactions, such as transfers and payments, with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring that our members receive a seamless and efficient service.
  • Perform advanced transactions, including IRAs, CDs, opening accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes, demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Grow with us by immersing yourself in financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, providing insights on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
  • Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates, providing exceptional service and support, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
