About the Role: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success and identifying opportunities to expand the value of our offerings. With a strong background in SaaS, hospitality, or proptech industries, and expertise in API integration, upselling, and cross-selling, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, proactive support, and strategic guidance.
  • API Integration: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations, drive revenue growth, and expand the value of our offerings.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform's offerings, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure their success.
  • Support Visits: Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building, and to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong track record of upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality software, property technology, or similar industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with property management software or IoT-based solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding client needs.
