Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
  • Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and interactions with clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with experience using internal systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
