Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Providing excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and effective problem-solving
  • Utilizing various communication channels, such as telephone, email, chat, video, or other methods, to engage with customers and resolve their queries
  • Managing multiple client interactions, being cross-trained on different clients, or assigned a dedicated client
  • Performing data collection, order processing, appointment setting, information relaying, and electronically connecting clients and their callers
  • Working from home agents must comply with the Work from Home Policy
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
