Your Role in Our Story

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing empathetic, personalized support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, understand, and resolve their issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty. Your role will involve:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
• Escalating complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure accurate and informed responses

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• A reliable private internet connection and a secure home office environment

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with arenaflex products and services (although training will be provided)

Compensation and Benefits

* $21 per hour

• Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

• A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
• A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
• Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

• We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
• Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
