Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home in a night shift role, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues and provide creative solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
