What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:

• Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and compassionate support

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A USB wired headset (or an alternative headset, excluding Bluetooth headsets)
• A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for daily log-in
