- Review denied medical claims and identify root‑cause issues
- Analyze EOBs/ERAs and complete Zero Balance reviews
- Write strong appeal letters and submit accurate rebills
- Escalate appeals when necessary and track outcomes
What You Need
- HS diploma/GED
- 1+ year experience in Medical Appeals / Denials / RCM
- Experience with Zero Balance claims + denial codes
- EMR/EHR experience (Epic, Athena, Cerner)

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
