Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with our finance team, management, and other stakeholders to drive financial reporting and analysis, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with our finance team, management, and other stakeholders to drive financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
• Experience with financial reporting software, such as NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA certification
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Tableau
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis software, such as Adaptive Insights and Anaplan
• Strong leadership and management skills
