Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. This is a remote work from home opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide support to our patients and customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest data entry systems and procedures
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, healthcare)
- Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Experience performing data entry tasks, with a strong understanding of data entry systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote work from home environment
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a data entry specialist in a retail or healthcare setting
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
