Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, updating clients on their orders, and utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work. If you have a passion for customer service, are able to multi-task and problem-solve, and are experienced in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
  • Working from a set list of priority orders and contacting clients to update them on the status of their order
  • Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and who you have updated
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer orders

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
