Your Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers, providing answers, consulting on products, and finding resolutions for customers' issues with compassion and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers' inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

What You Bring to the Role:

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
