The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, address customer inquiries, and promote our products in a proactive and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore all options to satisfy their needs.
  • Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services.

Requirements

* 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proven record of great attendance.
  • Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience in sales or hospitality.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
