Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring that you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enter into a contractual relationship, which will outline the terms and conditions of your engagement. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
