Senior Salesforce Developer (Low Code / No Code) Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 Annually Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Build, Optimize, and Scale Enterprise Salesforce Solutions We are seeking an accomplished Senior Salesforce Developer with strong low-code / no-code (LCNC) experience to support, enhance, and scale an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who can balance technical execution with business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce platform customizations, integrations, and data models while ensuring performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Platform Support

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Support and enhance both standard and custom Salesforce objects, including fields, validation rules, and relationships.
  • Manage user access and security through profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and Apex sharing.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Implement and support low-code/no-code solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Enablement

  • Design and build Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in business process analysis, system enhancements, and solution design.

Integration, Data & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Support data migration, ETL processes, and system integrations.
  • Utilize Salesforce Data Loader for data import, update, and export activities.
  • Perform application design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure solution quality and consistency.

Support & Collaboration

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
  • Respond to user inquiries related to system errors, performance issues, and application functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Proven ability to design new applications and enhance existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Salesforce development technologies:
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool
  • REST/SOAP APIs and web services
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem:
  • Salesforce Platform
  • Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Mobile (Salesforce 1)
  • AppExchange solutions
  • Experience with:
  • Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder
  • Low-code / No-code (LCNC) development
  • Advanced formulas and automation to enforce business processes
  • Data migration and ETL/integration tools
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Developer, Administrator, or Architect certifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
