Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary, ranging from $17.00 to $27.90
