Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence organization, where you'll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, partnering with hiring managers, and developing a network of potential candidates. As a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all levels of the Customer Excellence organization
  • Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience
  • Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
  • Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
  • Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects to drive business outcomes and improve processes
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting

Requirements

To be successful as a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
  • Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform recruitment strategies
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
