We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Online Chatting Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing live chat messages on our business websites and social media accounts, providing immediate assistance, and creating a positive interaction that enhances customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts

  • Help answer customer queries, provide product or sales links, and offer promotions or discounts directly through chat
  • Provide immediate assistance and create a positive interaction that enhances customer relationships and brand loyalty
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English writing skills to effectively communicate with customers

  • Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
