Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Dream Vacation Planner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching: Delve into the world of travel and discover the best destinations, activities, and experiences for our clients. From researching weather and customs to finding hidden gems and local secrets, you'll be the expert that our clients rely on to plan their dream vacations.
- Booking: Book all travel plans as needed for our clients, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities. With access to wholesale pricing and exclusive vendor deals, you'll be able to offer our clients the best possible rates and experiences.
- Client relationships: Develop a rapport with our clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. By providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after their vacation, you'll ensure that our clients return to us time and time again – and so will their friends and family.
- Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, products, and services through daily trainings and workshops. From learning about new resorts and cruise destinations to discovering exclusive specials and promotions, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide our clients with the best possible experiences.
Requirements
