Key Responsibilities

  • Operate with understanding, applying active listening, perseverance, compassion, and empathy to customers and team members alike.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, as demonstrated in a written assessment.
  • Ability to multi-task, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and navigate computer systems for data entry and efficient internet browsing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change, shift schedules, and work overtime as needed by the business unit.
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability and willingness to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with pet care or the pet industry.
  • Previous experience with customer service software and technology.

Technical Requirements

To work effectively from home, you will need:

  • A dedicated work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience.
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
  • A webcam and headset for virtual collaboration and customer interactions.

arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
