Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchants, addressing their concerns, and helping them succeed on our platform. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall merchant experience. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to merchants, addressing their concerns, and helping them resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance the merchant experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing them with valuable insights and support to help them succeed on our platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure accurate and effective support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's platform and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of business operations and customer satisfaction metrics
