Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Successful experience working in a customer service team and market
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
