Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Verifying and cross-checking information to ensure data integrity.
  • Organizing and maintaining data files and records, both physically and digitally.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Completing tasks within deadlines, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Data Verification: Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
  • Data Organization: Organize and maintain data files and records, both physically and digitally.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Time Management: Complete tasks within deadlines, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
