Job Overview

In this critical role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service to clients, leveraging your active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. As a bilingual representative, you will have the opportunity to deliver expert customer service to a diverse clientele, communicating fluently in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
  • Process new and amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong aptitude for adapting to new systems and processes.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
