Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in finding the products they need, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining a positive sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
- Handling clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
- Working with customer files and contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- A desire to help customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to perform a physically demanding job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
- Age: 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
