The Opportunity

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and deliver personalized experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support to resolve customer issues

• High-speed internet connection, with a focus on maintaining a stable and reliable connection
• Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Work Schedule
