Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests in registering for the Disability Access Service, providing support for their accessibility needs, and applying your knowledge of our services to ensure an outstanding experience. You will also support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application. As a Video Chat Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance, and you will be expected to provide personalized support and solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests in registering for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs
  • Apply knowledge of our services to ensure an outstanding experience for guests with disabilities
  • Support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to meet the unique needs of each guest
  • Utilize technical abilities and computer proficiency to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
