Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting QuickBase applications and delivering advanced analytics to support business decision-making and financial risk initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining QuickBase environments while leveraging analytics tools such as Qlik Sense and SQL to surface insights, develop recommendations, and support strategic initiatives. The analyst will independently develop business hypotheses, identify insights-based opportunities, and partner with stakeholders on initiative design, execution, and outcome tracking. This role also supports strategic planning through benchmarking, industry intelligence, and internal data analysis, with a strong emphasis on financial risk analytics for payments products. The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, analytically strong, and comfortable working across business, data, and technology teams to deliver automated reporting, improve data quality, and drive measurable business impact. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QuickBase applications, workflows, and business processes
- Develop and support dashboards and reporting using Qlik Sense and SQL
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights and recommendations for leadership
- Independently identify insights-based initiatives and support execution and outcome tracking
- Translate business requirements into clear project milestones and deliverables
- Partner with business owners and SMEs to enable decision support and reporting automation
- Perform advanced analytics to support financial risk strategies for payments products
- Develop quantitative policies using data-driven and statistical approaches
- Support strategic planning through external benchmarking and industry intelligence
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting and ETL processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, validation defects, and dashboard bugs
- Support ETL operations including monitoring loads, debugging failures, and reviewing logs
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience / Skills
- Strong experience managing and supporting QuickBase environments
- Strong experience with Qlik Sense dashboard and report development
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and integrity checks
- Experience supporting data platforms such as Oracle and Databricks
- Experience writing SQL scripts for data migration and automated data loading
- Experience validating ETL processes for completeness, integrity, and accuracy
- Experience supporting ETL operations including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience identifying and resolving data quality and reporting issues
- Strong requirements gathering experience, including gap analysis and process reengineering
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver automated reporting solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, or contract management processes
- Experience with financial risk analytics or payments-related data
- Experience working in FinTech, SaaS, or data-driven technology environments
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Pay & Benefits Summary
