• Exploring the internet for information

• Investigating reports and sheets of data
• Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Typing experience of 35+ words per minute
• Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Competent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
