A Day in the Life:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. You'll process product orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our sales teams and management to resolve complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence

  • Process product orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorization and credits
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems
  • Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
  • Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects

Requirements:

* Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm CST
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
  • Ability to complete I-9 on your first day in person at our Appleton, WI or Greensboro, NC office

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with multiple systems and software
  • Knowledge of the outdoor industry and arenaflex brands
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
