What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families in a healthcare setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for video conferencing
